About Me
Well here I am! Little 'ole Amanda...I am an Idaho girl who married her Italian stallion, Bryan in October 2015. We love our little life in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Bryan works with disabled adults and is also attending BYU-Idaho where he is studying Exercise Physiology. Over our marriage we have struggled with infertility and have finally discovered the issue, PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). Since this is a new diagnosis, I'm still figuring out what is best for me and my symtoms. However, I haven't found much help for the newbies that are diagnosed. So this will be my outlet for all things food (gluten free, low carb, dairy free, etc), fitness, health, and whatever I desire. So even if you don't struggle with PCOS, follow along the journey. Maybe you will find something that will help you or maybe not but health should be focus in all our lives.
